Advise you when the property is settled as well and the Real Estate Agency (if one is involved) and other relevant body requiring knowledge of transfer of ownership e.g., council, body corporate.

BUYING OR SELLING PRIVATELY?
It is common for property owners to sell privately. Below is our online form where you can fill in as many details as you’re aware of regarding your private sale and submit it to us. One of our property conveyancers will then be in contact with you to discuss the matter and begin preparation of the documentation required to affect the sale. The Buyer(s) will need a conveyancer of their own.
