In 2003, Ben Tschirpig began working for the family company, and in 2008, he earned his licence in conveyancing. With his current position as the company’s director and his 20 years of expertise in the Top End’s conveyancing business, he has developed a steadfast reputation as one of Darwin’s top conveyancers.
Ben’s composed demeanour and professional competence guarantee that his customers will receive a top-notch conveyancing service.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid armchair sports fan. A Cricket tragic and passionate supporter of the Geelong Football Club and English football team Newcastle United. He enjoys spending his weekends teaching his son and daughter sport.
LUCY NASCIMENTO
Lucy joined Tschirpig Conveyancing in September 2022 after taking on part ownership with Ben. Previously Lucy had worked at Territory Insurance Office for 9 years in various roles such as Senior Underwriting Manager, Product Development Marketing Manager and finally as one of the two NT Commercial Broker Account Managers.
Lucy’s passion for organisation and keeping the customer front of mind for everything Tschirpig’s does, ensures the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
When not working, Lucy spends her time with Ben and their two young children. Her favourite time is down at Nightcliff beach with them, going for bike rides and catching up with the wider family for Sunday dinners.
MEGGSIE MUIS
Meggsie is Tschirpig Conveyancing longest serving member of staff, employed by Trevor and still with the business today. Meggsie qualified as a Licensed Conveyancing Agent in 2003 and Tschirpig’s is extremely proud to have her as part of the team.
In 2017 Meggsie was very humbled and honoured to receive the peer voted Inaugural Conveyancer of the Year Award from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers – NT Branch.
She is an asset to Tschirpig Conveyancing with her wide range of property knowledge in the NT, outstanding professionalism, and friendly attitude.
Meggsie enjoys spending her spare time with her dearly loved cat, Boots, or exploring all corners of the NT.
EVI RYAN
After graduating from a Diploma of Legal Services in 2019 Evi decided to pursue a career in Conveyancing. She joined the Tschirpig Conveyancing team in 2020 and found out quick enough that Conveyancing is the right career for her. Evi is currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing to obtain her Licence.
Evi relocated to Brisbane in 2022 and now works remotely for Tschirpig’s, her efficient manner and excellent multitasking abilities ensures there is no impact on the service to her clients. Tschirpig’s also discovered her enthusiasm for all things digital, and she soon became their very own Digital Marketing Manager.
In her spare time Evi loves to go on adventures with her young family.
ANDREA PETERS
Conveyancing Clerk
Andrea began working with Tschirpig Conveyancing in 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector and received her training as a legal secretary and a conveyancing clerk. She is a wonderful employee at Tschirpig and is always happy to help out her co-workers in every way.
Andrea takes pride in being well organised and settling cases as quickly and stress-free for her clients as possible.
With her keen attention to detail and insistence on consistency, Andrea is a terrific asset to Tschirpig’s when it comes to training new employees and upgrading office processes. In her free time, Andrea likes to explore new places, go trekking, and go outdoors.
KELLY O’SHEA
Kelly joined the Tschirpig Conveyancing team in 2021 as a part time Conveyancing Clerk, her main role is the preparation of settlements for Ruxy’s clients.
Prior to becoming a member of the Tschirpig Conveyancing team Kelly was a bank settlements office at the Commonwealth Bank and brings with her 7 years’ experience in the settlement industry.
Nothing is too much effort for Kelly, and she is always happy to chip in with whatever is required and takes pride in her work.
In her spare time you can find Kelly running and trying to catch up on the reading for the two book clubs she is part of.
IMEE ICALLA
Receptionist/ Trainee Conveyancing Clerk
Imee is Tschirpig’s newest member of staff, joining the Tschirpig Conveyancing team in February 2023. Imee is the first person you will see when visiting the office, always having a smile on her face she will make you feel welcome.
Imee and her husband relocated to Darwin from the Philippines in 2019 where she had graduated from a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Imee worked as a settlements clerk before joining Tschirpig’s and so is new to the Conveyancing world. However,
Imee is very eager to learn anything and everything there is to know about the industry.
In her spare time, you can find Imee taking photographs wherever she goes, watching the beautiful sunsets Darwin has to offer and most importantly spending time with her young son.
