Owner & Operations Manager
Lucy joined Tschirpig Conveyancing in September 2022 after taking on part ownership with Ben. Previously Lucy had worked at Territory Insurance Office for 9 years in various roles such as Senior Underwriting Manager, Product Development Marketing Manager and finally as one of the two NT Commercial Broker Account Managers.
Lucy’s passion for organisation and keeping the customer front of mind for everything Tschirpig’s does, ensures the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
When not working, Lucy spends her time with Ben and their two young children. Her favourite time is down at Nightcliff beach with them, going for bike rides and catching up with the wider family for Sunday dinners.

Meggsie is Tschirpig Conveyancing longest serving member of staff, employed by Trevor and still with the business today. Meggsie qualified as a Licensed Conveyancing Agent in 2003 and Tschirpig’s is extremely proud to have her as part of the team.
In 2017 Meggsie was very humbled and honoured to receive the peer voted Inaugural Conveyancer of the Year Award from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers – NT Branch.
She is an asset to Tschirpig Conveyancing with her wide range of property knowledge in the NT, outstanding professionalism, and friendly attitude.
Meggsie enjoys spending her spare time with her dearly loved cat, Boots, or exploring all corners of the NT.
EVI RYAN
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
After graduating from a Diploma of Legal Services in 2019 Evi decided to pursue a career in Conveyancing. She joined the Tschirpig Conveyancing team in 2020 and found out quick enough that Conveyancing is the right career for her. Evi is currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing to obtain her Licence.
Evi relocated to Brisbane in 2022 and now works remotely for Tschirpig’s, her efficient manner and excellent multitasking abilities ensures there is no impact on the service to her clients.
In her spare time Evi loves to go on adventures with her young family.
ANDREA PETERS
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
Andrea began working with Tschirpig Conveyancing in 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector and received her training as a legal secretary and a conveyancing clerk. She is a wonderful employee at Tschirpig and is always happy to help out her co-workers in every way.
Andrea takes pride in being well organised and settling cases as quickly and stress-free for her clients as possible.
With her keen attention to detail and insistence on consistency, Andrea is a terrific asset to Tschirpig’s when it comes to training new employees and upgrading office processes. In her free time, Andrea likes to explore new places, go trekking, and go outdoors.
KELLY O’SHEA
Conveyancing Clerk
Kelly joined the Tschirpig Conveyancing team in 2021 as a part time Conveyancing Clerk, her main role is the preparation of settlements for Ben’s clients.
Prior to becoming a member of the Tschirpig Conveyancing team Kelly was a bank settlements office at the Commonwealth Bank and brings with her 7 years’ experience in the settlement industry.
Nothing is too much effort for Kelly, and she is always happy to chip in with whatever is required and takes pride in her work.
In her spare time you can find Kelly running and trying to catch up on the reading for the two book clubs she is part of.
IMEE ICALLA
Conveyancing Clerk
Imee first joined the Tschirpig’s Conveyancing team in February 2023 as an Office Administrator and is now part of our Conveyancing Clerks team.
Imee relocated to Darwin from the Philippines in 2019 where she had graduated from a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She worked as a settlements clerk before joining Tschirpig’s, though Imee is very eager to learn anything and everything there is to know about the industry.
In her spare time, you can find Imee taking photographs wherever she goes, watching the beautiful sunsets Darwin has to offer and most importantly spending time with her young son.
Danico Nicolas
Conveyancing Clerk
Danico has been working in conveyancing since 2019, beginning his career in New South Wales where he built a strong foundation in property law and client service.
Danico has now brought his skills and knowledge to the Northern Territory, where he started at Tschirpig Conveyancing in January 2025, continuing to assist clients with professionalism and dedication.
Outside of work, Danico is passionate about travel and exploring nature. Whether it’s discovering new cultures abroad or enjoying outdoor adventures closer to home, Danico values these experiences as a source of inspiration and balance in both his personal and professional life.
Faye Nguyen
Accounts Administrator
Faye is the newest member of the Tschirpig Conveyancing team, joining as an Accounts Administrator in March 2025. She recently completed her Bachelor of Accounting after transitioning from culinary studies and building valuable experience in customer service. After moving to Australia in 2018 and pursuing her education journey, Faye has found where she truly belongs in the accounting profession.
Excited about this new career path, she is eager to continue developing her skills and advancing in the field. She is also delighted to be part of such an amazing workforce and a supportive working environment, where she looks forward to learning and growing alongside her colleagues.
Outside of work, Faye enjoys outdoor activities and expressing her creativity in the kitchen, where she combines her love for food with the same enthusiasm she brings to her professional journey.
